This Diwali, KidZania plans to usher in clean, green and safe Diwali celebrations themed around sustainability

KidZania India, 20th October 2022: India’s most loved festival is here and everybody across the globe is busy preparing to soak into the festive vibes with their friends and family. To make this Diwali meaningful, KidZania India has planned a week-long sustainability celebration at its parks. The aim is to drive home the thought that we can celebrate this beautiful festival in tune with nature and enjoy joyous moments with family by just adopting sustainable ways of living.


The celebrations will be from 21st to 30th October in both KidZania Mumbai and KidZania Delhi NCR  - indoor amusement and entertainment parks.  As part of the celebration various activities are designed to educate children on the need to reuse and recycle.  Under this initiative, KidZania will be conducting educational activities at the main square of  both the  parks.


Children can make cool bags out of denim fabric. They can learn the art of making tote bags, cushion covers and much more. Another activity includes making of a sweet, little livable world around the theme of Diwali from Green Door Terrariums Arts & more. Children will learn to color a discarded plastic bottle with their favorite color. Other activities will include Mandala Art, creating Fabric Lantern by using waste fabric, making a Pen Stand from tissue holder and Bracelets from scrap fabrics etc. 


There are also other interesting activities planned  to be performed in particular establishments like

-          Create a Photo Frame by using the newspapers in the Art and Craft Studio

-          Make 2 ingredient, no bake delicious dessert at Nutella Cafe

-          Paint "What Diwali Means To You" at the Painting School
