Mumbaikars celebrate volunteerism.

Over the weekend, many volunteers along side their families, supporters, donors and youngsters from the NGO gathered at the Bandra Fort to celebrate the 8th Day of Grace.

On today , Angle Xpress Foundation puts up a community event to celebrate and acknowledge the diligence and dedication shown by over 550 volunteers across 20 centres.

AXF may be a 12A & 80G certified NGO enables the socially-conscious to offer back meaningfully by offering English, math and Life Skills training to underprivileged children. Founders, Anubha Sharma and Beenaa Advani, established this NGO in 2012, and now they're a robust team tutoring and mentoring over 2200 children, mostly from BMC schools.

The Bandra Fort, an ideal location to enjoy the cool weather of Mumbai, was buzzing with the sounds of laugher and cheer because the performances began. Children from the NGO practiced and put up an honest show for his or her mentors, whom they typically ask as “Miss”. the youngsters have grown very keen on them and appearance forward to coming for his or her classes.

The show went on till late evening, with poetry recitals and an excellent line from vocable artists from Radio Mirchi’s Scribbld. The closing act was a performance by Amrita Talukdar, who was judged music reality show winner by AR Rehman.
